Powder coat, anodize, passivation, and plating spec'd to the application—not the easiest option. Surface finish documented alongside the part cert.

Turning, milling, and boring to tight tolerances. We tune the alloy and the program before the first cut—no expedite penalties for iteration.

Beams, frames, and weldments cut and fit to drawing. Material certs supplied for every heat lot—no exceptions on traceability.

Laser cutting, forming, and punching from gauge stock to heavy plate. One-off custom runs handled the same as production quantities.

Every batch ships with a mill cert tied to the heat number. Alloy selection happens before cutting—we match the material to your load and environment requirements, not to what's sitting on the rack.

No cutting corners on tolerances means the paperwork reflects the part—dimensional reports, material certs, and finish specs packaged with every delivery.
